Loop Connections’ town rewards toolkit (PDF, 720 KB) was presented at Scotland’s Towns Conference (PDF, 1.7 MB). Towns Minister Derek Mackay said that the Town Centre first policy would be rolled out across government including for access to public services. The Loop Connections toolkit helps to facilitate mutually rewarding relationships in a smart successful town.
