Big Events Change Travel
Derek Halden writing in the Scotsman Newspaper on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport suggests that Scotland’s year of big events in 2014 will have prompted long term changes which will change transport for the better. People and businesses will have tried new transport and freight options and will decide they like them better. Events have always been a key part of smarter choices delivery for this reason. Getting people to try new things is one of the most practical ways to deliver essential changes.
