Sometimes this is through consultancy for public, private and voluntary sector clients and sometimes we manage projects from inception to completion. DHC ensures evidence-based policy delivery, and practical solutions to problems - "There is nothing as practical as really good theory" - We only get involved if we think we can add real value towards successful new connections.
